เมื่อวันที่ 11 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2568 รศ. ดร. จรรยา ชาญชัยชูจิต ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การจัดการโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชนอย่างยั่งยืน มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ ได้รับเชิญเป็นวิทยากรและผู้ร่วมเสวนาในงาน ASEAN Forum on Green Logistics and Talent Mobility: Bridging Research and Industry ภายในงาน อว. แฟร์ จัดโดย หน่วยบริหารและจัดการทุนด้านการพัฒนากำลังคนและทุนด้านการพัฒนาสถาบันอุดมศึกษา การวิจัย และการสร้างนวัตกรรม (บพค.) ภายใต้ โครงการ ASEAN Talent Mobility (ATM) ในการบรรยาย รศ. ดร. จรรยา ชาญชัยชูจิต ได้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า ภาคการขนส่งและโลจิสติกส์มีความสำคัญต่อการอำนวยความสะดวกทางการค้าและการเชื่อมโยงภูมิภาค แต่ในขณะเดียวกันก็เป็นแหล่งปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก (GHG) ที่สูงมาก คิดเป็น 8–10% ของการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกทั่วโลก รศ ดร. จรรยา ชาญชัยชูจิต ได้นำเสนอ ผลงานและโครงการวิจัยภายใต้ศูนย์การจัดการโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชนอย่างยั่งยืนในประเทศไทยที่มีส่วนสนับสนุนการลดคาร์บอนในภาคขนส่งสินค้า เช่น โครงการ Net Zero Emissions Execution Roadmap and Tools for Post and Parcel Sector in Thailand ที่ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนการวิจัยจากหน่วยบริหารและจัดการทุนด้านการเพิ่มความสามารถทางการแช่งขัน (บพข.) ที่มีบริษัท ไปรษณีย์ไทย จำกัด เป็นผู้ร่วมทุนวิจัย และโครงการ Decarbonizing SCGJWD Logistics ที่ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนการวิจัยจากหน่วยบริหารและจัดการทุนด้านการเพิ่มความสามารถทางการแช่งขัน (บพข.) โดยมีบริษัท SCGJWD Logistics เป็นผู้ร่วมทุนวิจัย จากโครงการวิจัยเหล่านี้ได้สร้างองค์ความรู้ ครอบคลุมการวิเคราะห์การปล่อย GHG emissions กลยุทธ์ในการลดการปล่อย GHG emissions รวมถึงการจัดการฝึกอบรมการคำนวณ Transport and Logistics Emissions ตามแนวทาง GLEC Framework และ ISO14083 และกลยุทธ์โลจิสติกส์สีเขียวให้กับบุคลากรจากภาครัฐและเอกชนกว่า 300 คน นอกจากนี้ ยังมี การขยายการอบรมไปยังประเทศต่างๆ ในอาเซียน เช่น สิงคโปร์ มาเลเซีย และ อินโดนีเซีย ร่วมกับ Smart Freight Center, Netherlands และ The Logistics and Supply Chain Management Society, Singapore ซึ่ง รศ. ดร. จรรยา ชาญชัยชูจิต ได้สรุปการบรรยายว่า อาเซียนมีทั้งโอกาสในการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่อนาคตการขนส่งสินค้าที่ปล่อยคาร์บอนต่ำและยั่งยืนผ่านความร่วมมือจากภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องและจำเป็นต้องเริ่มต้นตั้งแต่วันนี้

            On 11 August 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Janya Chanchaichujit, Director of Center for Sustainable Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Prince of Songkla University, was invited as a speaker and panelist at the ASEAN Forum on Green Logistics and Talent Mobility: Bridging Research and Industry, held as part of the MHESI Fair organized by the Program Management Unit for Human Resources & Institutional Development, Research and Innovation (PMU B) under the ASEAN Talent Mobility (ATM) project.
In her presentation, Associate Professor Dr. Janya highlighted that the freight and logistics sector plays a critical role in facilitating trade and regional connectivity, yet it is also a significant source of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions — accounting for 8–10% of global emissions She also presented the work and research projects under the Center for Sustainable Logistics and Supply Chain Management in Thailand that contribute to freight decarbonization, such as the Net Zero Emissions Execution Roadmap and Tools for Post and Parcel Sector in Thailand, funded by PMU C with co-funding from Thailand Post Company Limited, and the Decarbonizing SCGJWD Logistics project, funded by PMU C with co-funding from SCGJWD Logistics Company Limited. These projects have generated knowledge covering GHG emissions analysis, scenario modeling, and interventions for GHG emissions reduction. They also include training on transport and logistics emissions accounting, and green logistics strategies for more than 300 participants from the public and private sectors. In addition, there is an expansion of training at the ASEAN level, in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, in collaboration with the Smart Freight Centre (Netherlands) and The Logistics and Supply Chain Management Society (Singapore). Associate Professor Dr. Janya concluded by stating that ASEAN has the opportunity to lead the transition towards a low-carbon and sustainable freight future through multi-stakeholder collaboration — and that this action must start today.
